Nico and these terms
Nico is provided by SUPERMIND PTE. LIMITED. These terms apply to the Nico website, accounts and services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you use Nico for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Contact support@nico.app with questions.
Availability and your account
The current website offers product information, prices and email sign-in. App downloads and paid subscriptions are not yet available. Features described for the app require the app to be released and any applicable account, device permissions and third-party connections.
Use an email address you control, keep verification codes private and protect your signed-in devices. Do not share access to another person’s account or misrepresent your identity. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Using Nico responsibly
Use Nico only for lawful purposes and with permission to access the accounts, files, systems and personal information involved. Do not use the service to defraud, harass, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware or disrupt the service.
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize the processing and transmission needed to perform the actions you request and provide the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Nico.
AI output and actions
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Check important results before relying on them, especially for financial, legal, medical or other consequential decisions. Nico is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Review the access you grant and the actions you request. Some actions can change files or affect third-party accounts. Maintain appropriate backups and do not assume that every action is reversible or will require a separate confirmation.
Third-party services
AI accounts, connected websites and other third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and fees. Charges on an AI subscription or API account you connect are separate from any Nico subscription. Connecting an account does not give permission to use it beyond the access you authorize.
Prices, subscriptions and refunds
Prices on the current website are for reference; purchases are not available. When purchasing becomes available, the price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes and renewal terms will be shown before you confirm payment. Email registration alone does not authorize payment.
Paid subscriptions, when offered, renew according to the terms presented at purchase unless canceled. Cancellation and refunds are separate requests; the Refund Policy explains eligibility and effects on access. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Safety, suspension and changes
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. Where permitted and practicable, we will explain the reason and how to contact support. Suspension does not remove mandatory refund or other consumer rights.
The service and these terms may change. Material changes will be communicated through the website, the app or your account email as appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have. No provision of these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
